  • Repairs - both warranty and non-warranty repairs are done in house by our technicians.
  • We aim to complete your repairs as quickly as possible to get your equipment back into use as we know how valuable it is to have it functioning properly.
  • We will call to give you a quote if requested or if the cost of the repair is likely to be significant. 
  • We can also provide a letter, quote and/or invoice for your insurance company if you are able to claim the cost of the repair on insurance.

SERVICE AND REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please fill out our online Repair Form below providing all your details and submit prior to sending equipment.

  2. Package equipment carefully and include all components that may be damaged or faulty.

  3. Include your return postal address and phone number with your equipment when sending. 

  4. Ensure all equipment is clean.                                                                                                                        

PLEASE DO NOT SEND DIRTY EQUIPMENT. *Dirty equipment will incur a $150 cleaning fee or may be returned un-repaired
